Standard terms and conditions for the submission of materials to Angst Productions Ltd.

  1. By sending any contribution (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio, or any information about such things as funny news stories, hilarious clips weird products or intriguing photos etc. which you have seen) to Angst Productions Ltd ("us") then by so doing you irrevocably grant to us, free of charge, permission to use the material you send in any way we decide (including modifying and adapting it for operational and editorial purposes) in all media throughout the world (including without limitation for transmission as part of a programme on television, for use in DVDs, in books and/or on our website) in perpetuity.
  2. Copyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive, so you can continue to use the material in any way including allowing others to use it.
  3. If you created your contribution and in order that we can use it, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws, that you have the right to give us permission to use it for any purposes mentioned in 1. above, and that you have the consent of anyone who helped make the contribution and who is identifiable in your contribution (or the consent of their parent/guardian if such person or persons are under 16) to such use.
  4. If we use some or all of the contribution we are under no obligation to credit you or anyone else as creator of the contribution or to credit anyone who appears in the contribution but we do reserve the right to do so should we, in our sole discretion, so wish.
  5. You understand we shall not be obliged to use any contribution or any part of any contribution sent to us in any way. That we also accept no responsibility for any action or claim which may arise from any use of the contribution by us.
  6. You should not endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks or break any laws when creating content you may want to share with us.
  7. Please do not submit pornographic or explicit material as this will be immediately destroyed.
  8. If you do not want to grant us the permission set out above on these terms, please do not submit to or share your contribution with us because by sending the contribution to us you automatically grant us the full permissions indicated in these terms and conditions.
  9. We will not be able to return any contribution sent to us and we accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, claim or damage in respect thereof.
  10. In regard to any questions submitted to us you acknowledge that we reserve the right not to answer any such questions at our sole discretion and for any reason and that all rights in such question once submitted become ours (to the extent possible under the law) and all rights in any answer we may give shall remain solely with us.
